I was approached by One to One when actively searching for a new opportunity following the end of my current contract. Louise: the consultant handling my application was transparent when describing the responsibilities and schedule of the role. I was met with a calm professionalism when we arranged a phone meeting and we continued to liaise through the compliance steps; acting as an informative and supportive point of contact between the hiring company.

They managed to secure an interview with the hiring manager and an interview package was provided beforehand which included a overview of the company values. The resources provided by One to One personnel made for easier preparation and articulation of my skillset relevant to the advertised role; especially whilst working and managing personal errands.
