Working on behalf of a large agricultural machinery manufacturer One to One Personnel was asked to source, interview, pre-qualify and recommend candidates with assembly and automated machinery experience for fifteen new roles on a state of the art production line.
The key challenge for our team was that all roles were to be appointed within a two week window from the assignment brief.
We put together a team of three consultants to work full time on the project. First steps were to initiate a regional advertising campaign and then make an initial candidate selection from a list of 453 applicants who applied. This resulted in 54 face to face in-house interviews and 30 on site client interviews and 17 offers concluding the full and swift completion of the project within 10 working days of the initial order.
Through a combination of exceptional team work, a structured hiring process and client on-boarding fourteen out of fifteen new staff are still employed with the company. We feel this is testimony to the mutual commitment between the agency, the client and the partnership that developed over the hiring period, proving that anything is possible with the right planning, resources, communication and dedication.
