Our client based in central Southend are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking and confident individual to join the team as a Consumable Sales Associate. The Consumables Sales Associate will play a vital role, ensuring the smooth processing of consumable orders across the UK, upselling to their current customers, contacting and securing new business and building and maintaining customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Processing current customer orders.
• Contacting new businesses, providing an overview of their product range and completing the onboarding process.
• Cold calling and networking.
• Liaising with the warehouse and organising the delivery schedule.
• Liaising with the courier and resolving any delivery queries.

Ideal candidate

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be highly motivated towards exceeding targets and commission objectives
• The ability to negotiate.
• Active listener.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Attention to detail.
• Good understanding of MS Office

The Package

They are offering a basic salary of £22,500 per annum plus a competitive commission structure for this role with O.T.E of £30,000 plus providing all targets are met.

Subsidised parking and no weekend working.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
