Are you an accomplished Lead Generator and Telemarketer looking for a part-time role to fit in with family life? 

One to One Personnel is a well-respected recruitment brand established in 2004 based in Essex working with blue chip and SME clients across the commercial, industrial, and engineering sectors within Essex and the UK

We are looking for someone who enjoys research, the challenge of qualifying leads, and converting them into potential business.

You will be joining a company that values and nurtures its people and you will be working in a relaxed open-plan modern office with a team of time-served industry experts who will support you every step of the way.

Full product and service training will be provided to help you make a success of this interesting and varied role, and you will be rewarded with commissions on your conversions.

The Role:

By accessing a prospective client database of over 6000 contacts along with the usual methods of lead generation from online job adverts, and evaluation of CVs found on job boards and social media channels you will be tasked with qualifying your leads and setting up warm calls for Business Directors to convert into revenue.

• Research
• Nurturing prospects and driving quality sales opportunities
• Building relationships with your prospects
• Re-enforcing the features, benefits of what makes One to One Personnel unique
• Passing over fully qualified new business opportunities that are ready to convert into paying clients
• Helping out when things get busy
