Grounds Maintenance

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker for 2 days a week. 

The role requires a combination of physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for landscaping and gardening. The Grounds Maintenance Worker will ensure that all areas are well-kept, safe, and inviting.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools necessary for grounds keeping activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter regularly.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or grounds keeping is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for the upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining high standards of outdoor spaces.
• Driving licence is required

Job Type: Temporary - Part time 

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Schedule:

• Thursday & Friday 8am-4:40pm
