The Role: Field Sales Support Executive (Contract)
One to One Personnel are working exclusively with our Basildon based client who are seeking an immediate Field Sales Support Executive to maximise the company’s current high levels of floor stock, reignite lapsed customers, cover gaps in the current sales team and open new sales opportunities in existing UK and EU markets.
General Experience
- At least 3 years sales experience in one or more of the areas Wholesale, Retail or FMCG experience (critical).
- Worked for, selling to or alongside main FMCG brands.
- Self-starter – has held roles where initiative and self-motivation are key – has demonstrated the ability to make things happen on their own and shown tenacity and relentless determination to deliver results.
- Someone who has previous held field-based roles
Region specific experience
- UK on the road salesperson – with specific pricelist
- Ideally has sold into customers both UK and internationally
Other Skills
- Highly numerate and able to use MS applications to a competent level
- Professional, polite, friendly and amenable
- Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Results Focused with strong Influencing skills
- Solid Commercial Awareness and analytical skills
- Strong communicator and presenter

- Candidate must have full driver's license
- The role with be field sales based
The Package
- Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Salary is flexible for the right candidate
- Fuel card provided
- Overnight stays will be required (paid)
