Document Controller (9 Months FTC)
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our client at their offices in Southend on Sea.
The role
As a Document Controller, you will join our Document Control team who are responsible for ensuring that only approved, current documents are used throughout our organisation.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support and maintain the control of documents and records, identifying and implementing improvements to the process as required
- Promote Good Documentation Practice to members of staff
- Coordination and maintenance of QMS System software and applications
- Provide advice and guidance for areas under responsibility across the business
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) as required for external audits
Ideal Candidate
- Working experience in a Quality Assurance/Regulatory affairs role is preferred
- Previous experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Document, Record and Change Management experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Excellent PC skills to include Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Duration: 9 month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
